The Holley 4295 carburetor was used on the 1968–1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 cross-ram intake manifold, featuring a 585 CFM capacity and GM part number 3957859.This carburetor design was part of a development effort that significantly improved engine performance for the DZ302 engine, increasing horsepower to as much as 465 and peak torque to 365 lb-ft at 5600 rpm.The carburetors are dual-inlet units with cam-actuated secondaries and a secondary accelerator pump, and while they do have a choke horn they do not have a choke flap or mechanism.
